All orders over $100, before sales tax, will ship free.

Shipping times & fees vary based on the product purchased. Some items will always ship free, some have a flat rate, & others have options that can be chosen at checkout, You will have the option to choose 7-10 business days or 2-3 Priority mail. All orders over $100, before sales tax, will ship free. Free shipping is normally 7-10 days.
Our flat shipping rates are based on a variety of factors from package sizes, weight, possible destinations and arrival times.

All sales are final. No Refunds will be issued. However, if your product is damaged during shipment & sufficient communication and proof has been sent, we will gladly replace the damaged product.

If a product or package is damaged at the time of delivery, you must make a picture of it and note at time of delivery with the carrier. If product is damaged after opening package (no visible damage when delivered) you have 7 business days to contact by email us at contact@southernhealingenterprises.com
